Workplace meditation group

I meditate on a daily basis and over the last few years in particular, I have found it essential in navigating questions and quandaries about the work I do and how I go about it, as well as in relieving day-to-day work pressures and stresses.

Much of my meditation practice is anchored around Insight Timer – and I have set up a ‘workplace group’ there to offer a space for friends and colleagues to gather around using meditation in workplace and leadership situations.

How deep you go into this is up to you. I will recommend a weekly meditation and that may be all that you might want/need or have capacity for – I will do this on a Monday, just one a week, so really light touch. For those that might want to go deeper, there is space in this group for chat and to suggest meditations – if this is you, bring it on, how great! We could also set a time to meditate together.

Alongside my weekly posts and anything that may arise from the group, Insight Timer also populates the space with its own work-related meditation recommendations and you’re at liberty to pay as much or as little attention to that as you like. It’s a comprehensive resource so you may find that helpful.

If you are interested in joining my meditation space, message me with your email (and/or Insight Timer name) and I will send you an invite.
