Centre for Cultural Value - culture & placemaking - panel and open call

The great Centre for Cultural Value, with its focus on building a shared understanding of the differences culture makes to people's lives and to society, is holding an open conversation on culture and placemaking.

I have been invited to join a panel to talk through and across this in April, and there is a public call out for questions, comments, thoughts and pointers to best practice, all to help form a special issue of its research digest:

Culture and placemaking – what do you want to know?

Our new research digest will focus on the role of arts and culture in creating places where people want to live, play, work and learn.

We want to hear from those working in the cultural sector, academics and policymakers to find out what interests you about this topic.

Discover more in this video, then head to the easy-to-use Slido to post your questions or vote for your favourites.

Do you have a burning question, examples of practice or want to share existing research around this topic? You can also drop us an email at ccv@leeds.ac.uk and we can arrange a time to talk.
